RealTimeTrac Overview

RealTimeTrac (RTT) is an application that bridges the communication gap between Customer Service, Customers and Drivers.

It is also a driver management tool. Customer Service can track driver progress and movement in real time.

What you can do with RTT​

  • Create, assign and track pickup and delivery orders
  • Add many orders at once with Bulk Orders
  • Optimize delivery routes and refresh ETAs
  • Track drivers live on a map
  • Manage drivers, warehouses, addresses and companies
  • Send notifications to drivers and customers
  • Raise and manage support tickets
  • Ask questions using the built-in Ask RTT AI assistant
